Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a Supply Chain Tech I to support the supply chain supervisor, restock shelves, manage par levels, and ensure timely delivery of materials across departments.

This role requires attention to inventory accuracy, ability to operate Lawson and VOCERA systems, and good teamwork on third shift; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supply chain experience preferred.
• Team management and/or project management preferred.
• Knowledge of technology trends in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supports the accurate maintenance of the supply inventory.
• Daily restocking of shelves.
• Rotates inventory.
• Performs cycle counts or other inventories.
• Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory.
• Supports and maintains inventory level for 3rd party system or Lawson Par locations.
• Able to provide basic trouble shooting for all automated inventory management systems.
• Maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
• Maintains professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA.
• Processes shipment to stock or delivers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Basic Lawson functions.
• Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility.
• Assist in packing case carts as needed.
