Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee supply chain operations across multiple hospital campuses, ensuring safe receipt, storage, picking, distribution and reverse logistics of medical supplies, PPE, pharmaceuticals, durable and mobile equipment, and general materials.

The role leads a multi-shift team of about 40 direct reports, drives inventory accuracy, MMIS/ERP transactions, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Purchasing, Biomedical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or 5+ years of warehouse/distribution supervisory experience.
• 5 years of prior supply chain supervisory experience.
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• ERP experience (Workday, Lawson, SAP, or similar).
• Current Arizona Driver’s License.
• Electric pallet jack certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-facility, multi-shift team of ~40 direct reports, including hiring and scheduling.
• Manage daily operations for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, delivery and asset management.
• Oversee inbound shipments and warehouse layout, equipment, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, FDA/DEA, HIPAA and internal policies.
• Partner with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Biomedical Eng, and clinical leaders on item availability and issues.
• Meet or exceed SLAs for order fulfillment, deadlines and delivery timeliness.
