Job summary

• Manage ordering, shipping, and receiving operations with staff direction.
• Lead staff through scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Operate within budgetary guidelines and manage resources.
• Provide customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and MMIS data accuracy.
• Develop and update work processes for supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure safety and forklift certification where required.
