Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years in healthcare environment.
• 2 year supervisory experience; 3 years preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse staff, including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate storage and timely delivery of stock within the hospital.
• Ensure inventory items are tracked in the automated system with Purchasing Analysts.
• Address employee issues proactively and communicate findings.
• Contribute to development of long and short-range departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
