Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals to join our Fishers Hospital Supply Chain team on the day shift (typically 7:00am–3:30pm). The role requires leadership, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with weekend coverage as needed.

The position involves supervising staff, improving processes, managing payroll, and ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience; at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License for Indiana preferred.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and ensures adherence to standards and procedures.
• Monitors time reporting and payroll; mentors staff and supports evaluations.
• Analyzes service discrepancies and tracks trends for timely reporting.
• Maintains orderly work areas to enable efficient processes.
• Assists in monitoring transportation and freight operations.
• Contributes to policy and procedure development and ISC security oversight.
• Maintains safety standards in daily operations.
• Provides liaison between employees and management; participates in on-call rotation and weekend coverage.
