Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience; at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License for Indiana preferred.
• Proven experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days of hire may be required.
• Ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment.
• Long periods of standing; lift up to 50 pounds, up to 20 pounds overhead, carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees standards to ensure compliance.
• Maintains efficient operations and customer service.
• Ensures orderly work area and documentation of concerns.
• Monitors time and payroll; supports mentoring and cross training.
• Analyzes service discrepancies and tracks trends for monthly reporting.
• Assists in transportation and freight monitoring and policy updates.
• Performs duties with a focus on safety and liaison between staff and management.
