Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee the supply coordinators at the Bramhall O.R. and Scarborough Surgery Center as needed.

The role includes full staff management, inventory oversight, non-stock purchasing, handling outdates, and distributing supplies with a strong focus on customer service across the organization. The candidate should have experience in distribution systems, inventory management, and supervision, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems

Qualifications

• Education: High school preferred and/or 2-year Associate's Degree in Business Management.
• Experience: Three years of progressively more responsible experience in distribution systems, inventory management, purchasing and supervision of staff.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management.
• Analytical ability to identify, anticipate and resolve problems through the development of efficient systems.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hospital management and supervise subordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply coordinators at the Bramhall O.R. and the Scarborough Surgery Center; provide staff leadership as needed.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing of non-stocks, manage outdates and distribution of supplies.
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment with a strong customer service focus throughout the institution.
