Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required. 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain procurement, inventory management, or similar.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with supply chain leadership to establish, monitor, analyze, and report key inventory and operational performance metrics.
• Participates in inventory management activities, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, inventory corrections, and PAR level reviews.
• Leads and supports supply chain improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provides oversight for non-stock and specialty ordering processes.
• Collaborates with department leaders to implement product conversions and cost-savings opportunities.
• Coordinates product issue management, recalls, returns, and outdates, performing root cause analysis.
• Serves as liaison between Supply Chain Operations and clinical departments.
