• Builds and maintains par level systems for procedure-specific departments within the hospital
• Verifies hospital deliveries and delivers to the appropriate department
• Documents monthly supply cost savings and inventory reductions
• Maintains records like requisition dates, delivery verifications, invoice price confirmation, back-orders, and implant pricing
• Processes department-specific supply and implant requisitions
• Monitors delivery date expectations and checks expiration dates; supports department staff with implant information accuracy
