Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Supply Chain Services Service Line Coordinator to develop and manage a hospital-wide supply help system. You will liaise with Cath Lab/GI and L&D, build par-level systems, verify deliveries, and support expense reduction initiatives while maintaining accurate supply data.

The role emphasizes inventory control, requisition processing, and collaboration with department staff to ensure implant accuracy and timely deliveries.

Formación

• Basic communication skills.
• 2 years of college education preferred.
• Experience in related job.

Responsabilidades

• Builds and maintains par level systems for procedure-specific departments within the hospital.
• Verifies hospital deliveries and delivers supplies to the appropriate department.
• Documents monthly supply cost savings and inventory reductions.
• Processes department-specific supply and implant requisitions with accuracy.
• Keeps records like delivery verifications, invoice price confirmations, back-orders, and implant pricing.
• Performs regular checks of expiration dates and replacement/aggregation as directed by leadership.
