Job summary

Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to manage supplies, equipment, and linens for a designated area. You will monitor inventory levels, receive requisitions, pack and deliver orders, and record transactions in the inventory system to support patient care.

The role requires a High School Diploma and orientation completion; prior supply chain or materials management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of orientation and introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requisitions and dispenses inventory supplies and equipment promptly.
• Maintains inventory levels of supplies, materials, equipment and linens.
• Rotates stock and ensures neat, orderly inventory locations.
• Uses handheld computer to manage inventory and transmits data to the main system.
• Delivers products/equipment to requesting locations following safety guidelines.
