Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a leadership-level Supply Chain role based in Charlotte, NC. The position oversees procurement processes, contract conversions, and customer support to regional facilities, ensuring high satisfaction and cost-effective operations.

We expect a strong background in healthcare resource and materials management, with CPMR/AHRMM certification or progress toward certification, plus relevant experience. The role may require travel to system facilities and affiliate sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• CMRP Certification or pursuing certification by AHRMM desired.
• Experience in healthcare resource and materials management is required: 5 years with an associate degree, or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors team efficiency in procurement processes to maximize lines per PO and price accuracy.
• Determines when non-stock should become stock status and ensures contract compliance.
• Develops call schedules for assigned customers and coordinates contract conversions and compliance monitoring.
• Visits regional facilities quarterly to discuss improvements and issues.
• Ensure department processes are efficient, effective, and consistent.
