• Coordinates contract conversions and compliance monitoring with regional facilities.
• Ensures high customer satisfaction through timely support.
• Reviews processes for efficiency and consistency in services provided.
• Supports facilities in managing CSS contract conversions and savings.

Education

High School Diploma or GED, 5 years of healthcare resource and materials management experience

CMRP Certification (or working toward certification by AHRMM)

Associates Degree + 5 years healthcare resource and materials management

Bachelor's Degree + 3 years healthcare resource and materials management
