• Assesses status changes from non-stock to stock where warranted.

• Coordinates contract conversions and compliance monitoring with regional facilities.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction through accurate and timely support.
• Analyzes processes to maintain efficiency and consistency across services.
• Aids facilities in managing CSS contract conversions to maximize savings.
