Advocate Health is seeking an experienced procurement and materials management professional to optimize supply chains across regional facilities.

You will assess transitions from non-stock to stock, ensure contractual compliance, and lead contract conversions while delivering cost savings and reliable service. The role involves collaboration with facilities and a focus on efficient processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; CMRP certification or working toward certification by AHRMM; 5 years of healthcare resource and materials management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize lines per PO and optimize quantities at correct price; utilize EDI when possible.
• Assess status changes from non-stock to stock; ensure contractual compliance.
• Ensure requisitions meet contractual agreements across the System.
• Develop and implement regular call schedules to assigned customers.
• Coordinate contract conversions and compliance with regional facilities to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Review processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of services.
• Assist facilities in managing CSS contract conversions to maximize savings and compliance.
• Make quarterly visits to discuss contract improvements and issues with regional facilities.
