Responsibilities

• Reviews and monitors team efficiency in procurement processes, maximizing PO lines and correct pricing, using EDI when possible.
• Reviews and analyzes ordered items to determine stock status changes.
• Ensures requisitions comply with contractual agreements.
• Develops and implements regular call schedule to assigned customers.
• Coordinates contract conversions and compliance monitoring with regional facilities.
• Maintains efficiency and consistency across services; identifies improvements.
• Assists facilities in optimizing supply savings and contract compliance.
• Conducts quarterly visits to discuss improvements and address issues.
