Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Experience as an Operations Coordinator in Materials Management preferred.
• CPIM and/or CMRP certification preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of employees to efficiently and effectively complete the work of the department.
• Analyzes departmental processes continually to ensure effective and efficient use of systems resources.
• Develops and establishes productivity and quality standards and KPIs; monitors and oversees activity to ensure standards are met.
• Determines facility workforce requirements through analysis of volume and productivity and ensures resources are appropriate.
• Ensures all employees are trained, including new employee orientation and SOPs.
• Prepares reviews and analyses departmental reports including financial metrics and management recommendations.
• Interviews, hires, coaches and completes teammates annual evaluations with development plans.
