Brown University Health is seeking a Distribution Technician to support Supply Chain Operations at Newport facilities. You will maintain stock, process orders, and ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and delivery of equipment and supplies across Brown University Health locations.

The role requires basic High School education and the ability to operate distribution equipment (pallet jacks, reach trucks). Expect walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a daytime schedule in Newport, RI.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; five years of relevant experience if not.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact across Brown University Health and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains quality assurance and practice standards per system policies and objectives.
• Delivers and receives equipment and supplies to Brown University Health locations.
• Replenishes stock and ensures orderly storage rooms and labeling.
• Operates distribution equipment including electric pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Follows par level and reorder point practices and participates in stock audits.
