Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent in Montana to lead hospital/healthcare construction projects, including TI, renovation, and ground-up builds. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and other pros to implement plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for timely, quality delivery.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of workers and subs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to uphold high standards.
• Resolve issues or disputes promptly during construction.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee renovation/remodel of existing facilities and new ground-up builds.

Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative team that is committed to excellence in the construction of healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare construction industry, with a focus on TI, Renovation, Remodel, Ground Up, medical offices, and Hospital Rooms. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• 1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• 2. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop and implement project plans.
• 3. Ensuring all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• 4. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensuring they are delivered on time and are of high quality.
• 5. Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors.
• 6. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards.
• 7. Resolving any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
• 8. Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders.
• 9. Managing the renovation and remodeling of existing healthcare facilities.
• 10. Overseeing the construction of new healthcare facilities from the ground up.
