Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically ~3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, or performance improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions and makes recommendations impacting clients and colleagues.
• Builds a network of contacts.
• Develops techniques of persuasive verbal and written presentation.
• Identifies and manages change effectively in a changing environment.
• Works with team members to implement change management processes and tools to support adoptions of changes.
• Tests client hypotheses and solutions with robust data consulting processes.
• Leads meetings/work sessions to support execution of engagements.
• Manages delivery in consulting engagements under guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Defines project management processes and standards and establishes targets for delivery.
• Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates projects from concept to implementation.
• Assists with data collection, data entry and report generation.
