Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC seeks an experienced Management Consultant to advise clients in the healthcare space on strategic analysis, transformation, and execution initiatives. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to structure complex questions, analyze data, develop strategic recommendations, and translate findings into executive-ready presentations and implementation plans.

Qualifications

4+ years of management consulting (big 4 preferred).
Degree in Life Sciences strongly preferred.
Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic engagements from problem definition through analysis, recommendation and implementation planning.
Assess healthcare and life sciences challenges across client environments.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and risks.
Translate findings into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic frameworks.
Present findings to C-suite, Board and senior leadership.
