Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide advanced healthcare consulting services, lead initiatives to improve healthcare delivery, and drive health system transformation.

You will oversee project planning, manage budgets and deliverables, and mentor team members while developing client relationships and contributing to business development. This is a remote position for candidates outside the East Coast of the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of healthcare experience in delivery, quality improvement, or transformation.
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple client engagements and projects, overseeing planning and execution.
• Manage budgets, deliverables, and client satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Provide strategic consultation across clinical operations, public health, and quality improvement initiatives.
