Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Degree in Business, CS, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Background as an Agile team member, Business Analyst, Team/Project/Product Lead, Digital Healthcare Analyst, Data Analyst, or Workflow Analyst preferred.
• Understanding of clinical processes within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Understanding of consumer needs, priorities, and pain points.
• Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis for feature prioritization.
• Experience writing and collaborating on user stories preferred.
• Experience working with or supporting teams in an Agile environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and improve processes with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think laterally and translate complex needs into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define AI use cases with Sr. Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Support AI implementation through requirements clarification, testing, and training materials.
• Evaluate AI quality, adoption, and outcomes with baseline measures and feedback.
