Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC, a healthcare management consulting firm, seeks a Strategy & Operations Consultant to support process improvement and technology-driven initiatives for healthcare organizations. The role emphasizes data analysis, research, and development of client-facing deliverables that drive patient-centered outcomes.

The position offers full-time work with nationwide travel up to 80%, based in or near Chicago, IL, starting August 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is anticipated; majors include Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or General Business.
• Graduation date: May 2027.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support healthcare leaders, clinicians, and staff in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis, benchmarking, and industry research, to inform client recommendations.
• Support the development of client-facing deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Engage with healthcare and consulting professionals at all levels through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Assist in project management activities such as developing workplans, tracking milestones, and preparing status updates for clients and internal leadership.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm methodologies, tools, and knowledge capital by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices.
• Participate in internal initiatives including business development support, thought leadership development, and practice growth efforts.
• Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth by seeking feedback, leveraging coaching relationships, and pursuing professional development opportunities.
