Job summary

You Can Home Medical, a Colorado-based durable medical equipment provider, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and develop the team across our Colorado locations. You will be a senior leader, guiding staff from objectives to measurable outcomes and collaborating with the President.

This full-time, salaried role includes a quarterly bonus and requires 3–5 years of management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience with a track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Ability to lead by example and exemplify core values.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store growth strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Lead all aspects of store operations including financial performance and inventory management.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while managing performance and attendance.
• Review financial, sales, and operational reports to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support local marketing initiatives and business development to promote growth.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
