You will hire and develop talent, coach teams, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering results. Strong MS Office and HRIS experience, plus proven leadership of 20+ staff and $5M+ revenue, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead 20+ Team Members and manage $5M+ annual revenue.
• Customer-focused mindset with track record of delivering in-store excellence.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability and ethical business practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with HRIS and scheduling systems.

• Lead all store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Coach and develop staff to drive continuous improvement and internal growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
• Manage merchandising, freight flow, inventory, safety and customer experience.
• Schedule and staff to align with labor models and drive efficiency.
• Address team and customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Use store scorecard and metrics to inform strategy and improve loyalty and credit performance.
