LionStone Care is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to manage staff rosters across all shifts at the Greenville, OH facility. You will ensure adequate coverage, coordinate changes, and maintain accurate attendance records to support high-quality resident care.

The role requires 1–2 years in healthcare staffing or administration, strong organization, and proficiency with scheduling tools. This full-time position offers health benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in staffing/scheduling in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules with coverage for all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Adjust schedules for last-minute changes and patient needs.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave requests; ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Communicate schedule changes to staff promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors and HR to address staffing needs and shortages.
• Assist in developing staffing plans for new hires and onboarding.
• Serve as staffing contact and respond to scheduling inquiries professionally.
