Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules.
• Coordinates shift coverage for call-outs, vacations, and staffing shortages.
• Communicates schedule changes to staff and department leaders.
• Maintains records of time, attendance, and staffing levels.
• Assists with data entry and reporting related to staffing metrics.
• Supports payroll processing by verifying timekeeping records.
• Serves as a liaison between departments, supervisors, and staff regarding scheduling needs.
• Responds to inquiries related to shifts, availability, and staffing policies.
• Notifies leadership of staffing gaps or trends that may impact operations.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee information and personnel records.
• Uses Smart Square in staffing matters and assists others with questions.
• Assists with onboarding and orientation scheduling for new hires.
• Analyzes staffing usage and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
