ShiftKey, based in Irving, TX, seeks a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from outreach to close with hospital leaders. You will demonstrate ShiftKey’s marketplace benefits to drive staffing solutions and operational efficiencies.

You will join a high-performing team leveraging proven sales playbooks, data-driven insights, and leadership support to succeed in a growing $700M+ addressable market. This role starts on-site with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of phone-based B2B or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to reach and exceed outreach targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth with hospital and acute care clients across assigned territory.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, including demos.
• Engage hospital decision-makers through calls and emails, and schedules demos.
