Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) (Required).
• Understanding of medical terminology (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage scheduling and staffing needs.
• Coordinates and prepares staff schedules based on census and requests from facilities.
• Generates and updates master schedules and tracks overtime usage.
• Maintains attendance records and commitment tracking for the department.
• Handles timekeeping, scheduling, and related duties as assigned by management.
• Supports training materials and department education initiatives.
