Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Establish staffing patterns and schedules for nurses and nursing aides.

• On-call for emergency staffing changes and coordinate with department leaders.
