Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Adjust schedules for last-minute changes and absences while complying with labor laws and policies.
• Track attendance, sick days, vacations, and leave requests; coordinate replacements to maintain staffing levels.
• Collaborate with nursing supervisors, department heads, and HR to understand staffing needs and communicate changes.
• Assist HR with recruitment efforts and maintain a pool of on-call staff for shifts.
