Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in Devils Lake, ND.

You will arrange staff coverage for resident care departments under the direction of the Director of Nursing, maintain schedules, and coordinate staffing with Human Resources. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff.
• Monitors schedules daily and secures replacements as needed.
• Performs clerical duties and uses office equipment and systems.
• Informs HR of hiring needs for direct care positions.
• Maintains positive communication with staff.
• Assumes additional duties as directed by leadership.
