Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is currently recruiting for a Staffing Coordinator. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The Staffing Coordinator will arrange and coordinate staff coverage for resident care departments based on guidelines and needs set by the Director of Nursing and Resident Care Managers. Essential duties include creating and posting staff schedules, monitoring daily coverage, handling clerical tasks, and informing Human Resources of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff.
• Monitors schedules daily and secures replacements as needed.
• Performs clerical and telephone duties requiring office equipment and computer use.
• Informs Human Resources of hiring needs for direct care positions.
• Supports positive communication and working relations with all staff.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as directed by the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing.
