Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to support daily scheduling and staffing for the Nursing Department in the United States. You will coordinate staffing needs, assist with time-sheet data entry, and support orientation and special projects under Nurse Manager guidance.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and prior administrative experience.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of secretarial or administrative support experience.
• Must complete required Condition of Employment Training.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates daily staffing needs under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborates on schedule development with Nurse Managers for the Department of Nursing.
• Inputs and manages department time-sheet data entry.
• Assists Nurse Leadership with data collection (time and attendance, staff usage reports, etc).
• Assists with the coordination of new employee orientation scheduling and other special projects.
• Updates productivity daily reports.
• Perform Discharge calls.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
