Zusammenfassung

Remedy Medical Properties is seeking a Space Planner-Interior Designer to lead space planning and TI projects for medical office spaces in Chicago. You will collaborate with Leasing and Project teams to deliver test-fits, speculative suites, and capital improvements, while ensuring design concepts comply with codes and industry standards.

The role requires a degree in Planning/Architecture/Interior Design with extensive experience (5+ years) or (7+ years with an Associate's), plus CAD/SketchUp

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architecture or Interior Design with 5+ years of related experience, or an Associate's with 7+ years.
• Healthcare real estate experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes, ADA and related laws.
• Familiarity with BOMA standards for medical office spaces.
• Proficiency in Office, CAD, and SketchUp.

Aufgaben

• Create test-fits/space plans for TI projects with Leasing Team.
• Develop speculative medical office space suites with Leasing Team.
• Conceptualize and render Capital Improvement projects across the portfolio.
• Review design concepts with third-party architects/engineers for compliance and accuracy.
• Develop prototypical finish palettes/standards for portfolio assets.
• Produce architectural documents using AutoCAD or similar.
• Ensure compliance with codes and medical industry trends.
