Qualifications

Job description

As a Healthcare Solutions Representative/ Business Development Representative, you will report to the Sales Development Manager, and will be a critical part of our team, helping generate sales leads through business development outreach prospecting.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct a high volume of personalized cold calls and cold emails to target prospects
  • Create short, compelling prospect outreach emails explaining rater8’s value proposition, customized to each potential client to generate product demos
  • Accurately track sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies
  • Create other marketing and sales collateral to support sales efforts as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, and benefits
  • Achieve monthly lead generation goals
What You’ll Bring
  • A maximum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a Healthcare Solutions Representative/ Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar outbound sales role. Healthcare experience is required, experience doesn't need to be within sales or tech specifically.
  • We're looking for a coachable, ambitious individual with grit and empathy.
  • Someone who brings both drive and emotional intelligence to the role, and who aspires to grow into an Account Executive position long term
  • An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Discipline towards meeting targets and ready to work hard
  • A compelling storyteller and excellent writer
  • Optimistic in the face of challenges and rejection
  • Able to “leave no stone unturned” when prospecting into accounts
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and able to learn new products and processes quickly
  • An interest in reputation management for medical practices
  • Willing to continuously learn, receive and implement coaching, and collaborate with team members
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Compensation

The salary range for this position is 60k annually. In addition to the base salary, this role offers performance-based commission opportunities. Actual total compensation will depend on individual performance.
