GenAIx is seeking a Co-Founder & Head of BDR to join our founding team and build the most creative, effective business development operation in the AI space. This is a pure equity co-founder role for an entrepreneurial BDR leader who thinks outside the box and wants to revolutionize how AI services are sold.

What You'll Co-Build:

Revolutionary BDR Operations:

  • Invent New Sales Playbooks: Create viral social campaigns, AI-powered outreach, and community-driven acquisition strategies
  • Build Unconventional Pipelines: Think TikTok demos, LinkedIn AI tools, Twitter Spaces, GitHub contributions, and podcast guest appearances
  • Scale Through Innovation: Develop systems that leverage AI to 10x traditional prospecting effectiveness
  • Lead Experimental Growth: Test bleeding-edge channels like Discord communities, Reddit AMAs, and interactive webinars
You're Co-Founder Material If:

Entrepreneurial DNA:

  • You've always wanted to start something but needed the right co-founders and opportunity
  • You think creatively about problems and build solutions from first principles
  • You're comfortable with zero playbook and high uncertainty

BDR Excellence:

Co-Founder Equity Package:

Founding Equity:

  • 3% founding equity in GenAIx (LLC membership units)
  • Equal co-founder status with full voting rights and strategic input
  • 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff (standard founder terms)
  • Anti-dilution protection through Series A fundraising

No Cash Initially:

  • This is a pure equity play - we're all investing our time and energy to build something big
  • As we scale and raise funding, compensation discussions will happen for all co-founders

90-Day Co-Founder Challenge:

Prove Co-Founder Fit:

  • Month 1: Generate 25+ qualified leads using creative, non-traditional methods
  • Month 2: Launch one viral campaign or content series that builds our brand
  • Month 3: Hire and train our first BDR while establishing scalable processes

Build Something Together:

  • Co-create our sales methodology and brand voice
  • Design our first major marketing campaign or industry event
  • Shape our Series A fundraising story and growth projections
