Job summary

Mount Sinai is seeking an Operations Associate to support Enterprise Business Development and Innovations by coordinating product implementations, onboarding new customers and partners, and ensuring smooth operational readiness within the Mount Sinai Health System.

You will work with cross-functional teams including access, scheduling, billing, IT, analytics, and finance to define workflows, monitor performance, and drive process improvements that enhance patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities needed.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and onboarding of new products, customers, and partners from planning to launch.
• Ensure interoperability across Mount Sinai systems and clearly defined workflows.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and status updates; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with access, scheduling, clinical operations, billing, IT, analytics, and finance to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop documentation: SOPs, training materials, readiness checklists, and transition plans.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure contractual requirements are met; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
