Job summary

WellSky Corporation is seeking a Consultant II to lead implementations for Home Health & Hospice Professional Services. You will collaborate with client teams, analyze workflows, and tailor solutions to business objectives.

You’ll train users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal groups to ensure successful deployments. The role requires up to 50% travel, flexibility with hours, and adherence to security policies to protect client data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and healthcare billing processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation tasks across the project lifecycle with clients and internal teams.
  • Organize requirements sessions and analyze current workflows and designs.
  • Facilitate client meetings to align business objectives with solution customization.
  • Provide training to client members and guide them through solution features.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and engage internal teams for escalations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Consultant II is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time. This opening is with our Home Health & Hospice Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes.
  • Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges and offer workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals.
  • Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation that requires review of a variety of factors for solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.
  • Provide hands-on training to designated client members and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine which issues need to involve internal technical teams.
  • Perform other job duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the home health industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking.
  • Experience with billing processes and/or revenue cycle management within healthcare settings.
Job Expectations
  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
