Job summary

PrimeRx is seeking a software trainer to deliver PrimeRx training to external clients and internal teams. You will create engaging sessions across Basic to Advanced levels, tailor content to pharmacy workflows, and keep materials up to date with product enhancements.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in healthcare or pharmacy training. On-site position with travel, hourly rate aligns with market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 2–4+ years in software training, customer education, or related role.
• Proven healthcare/pharmacy sector experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Pharmacy or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years MMS/PrimeRx experience; training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Basic to Advanced PrimeRx training sessions.
• Coordinate and train external Enterprise clients in multiple sessions.
• Develop custom Training Agendas and knowledge materials.
• Educate internal staff on new features and bug fixes.
• Maintain training videos, webinars, and KB articles.
• Assist MMS Support with training content and video assets.
