Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join the Clinical & Economic Research component development team. You will design and execute tests for complex clinical logic paths and analyze large healthcare claim data to ensure outcomes align with specifications.

You will collaborate in a Scrum environment, create test data, run manual and automated tests, report defects, and contribute to a scalable automation framework. Travel up to 15% may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 2 years of experience.
• Or high school diploma with 6 years in software industry.
• Three years of combined experience testing non-GUI applications.
• Experience testing Java, SQL, JSON-based applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and work with large sets of data (e.g. Healthcare claims).
• Develop test cases/test data to meet specifications and software design.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated); analyze results and report defects.
• Design/develop automation framework; script development and result analysis.
• Participate in Scrum planning and outline test approach.
