Job summary

Solventum in the United States, Connecticut is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join the Clinical & Economic Research team. You will test clinical content definitions, analyze healthcare claims data, and validate complex logic paths to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include developing test cases, executing both manual and automated tests, and building automation scripts within an Agile Scrum environment. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of combined experience creating software quality tests and/or data processing tests for non-GUI applications.
• Experience testing applications implemented using Java, SQL, and JSON Technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets such as healthcare claims to verify test results.
• Develop test cases and test data to meet specifications and clinical content definitions.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated), identify defects and report findings.
• Design and develop an automation framework and scripts; run automated tests and analyze results.
• Participate in Scrum planning to identify dependencies and outline testing approaches.
