Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Simulation Support Technician to set up and run simulation-based education across regional sites. You will operate manikins, AV systems, and vital sign monitoring, ensuring smooth courses and recording capabilities.

The role requires flexibility to work at multiple locations, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and the ability to lift equipment and stand for long periods. Education: high school diploma; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in patient care or healthcare simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test simulation, audiovisual and clinical equipment per course materials.
• Record/stream simulation-based education and monitor simulated vitals.
• Troubleshoot AV and medical equipment during scenarios.
• Prepare labs for next scenario or event and manage documentation.
• Provide feedback to learners and facilitators to improve sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with tours as needed.
