Colorado Mountain College seeks a Lab Coordinator – Healthcare Simulation to professionally coordinate the clinical simulation laboratory for nursing and allied health programs. The role ensures smooth operations, supports faculty and students, and collaborates with leadership to improve lab effectiveness.

Required are an associate degree in a healthcare field, CPR certification, and 1+ year of simulation lab experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or healthcare field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current CPR Certification as a Healthcare Provider required.
• One+ year teaching or simulation lab experience preferred.
• Experience organizing/managing healthcare supplies and lab equipment.
• Knowledge of simulation experiences in nursing labs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical simulation laboratory operations for nursing/allied health programs.
• Manage equipment function and supply availability; support faculty and students during labs.
• Collaborate with Dean of Nursing and faculty to evaluate lab operations and plan for future needs.
