- Education – Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Aufgaben
- Instruction & Facilitation: manage and evaluate simulation facilitation processes on Blackboard and in the STAR Center.
- Simulation Operations & Equipment Management: collaborate with simulation technician to develop materials for equipment use.
- Curriculum Design & Faculty Collaboration: develop simulations aligned with course objectives and IPEC competencies.
- Policy Development & Quality Improvement: assist in policy development and ensure adherence to standards.
- Program Evaluation, Accreditation & Research: assist with data collection for SSH accreditation and program improvements.
- Professional Development & Outreach: stay current with best practices and lead tours/educational demonstrations.
- Lab Coordinator Responsibilities: provide daily lab operations oversight and safety.
- Staff Supervision & Support: hire, orient, train lab assistants and manage schedules.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: oversee supplies, maintenance and budget for lab.
