TouchPoint is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for St Vincent Kokomo, IN. The role oversees shift activities, trains staff, and ensures that policy and procedure are followed. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays; pay range is $19.50–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Serve as contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage goals and advancement.
