Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Indianapolis at St. Vincent 86th St. The role directs associates on a shift, ensures policy adherence, and manages schedules and training.

It requires prior shift supervisory and customer service experience and pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends, offering comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Job Summary
