Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. The 6:30 am to 3:00 pm shift includes weekends, with online applications accepted.

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensure policy adherence, and provide training and scheduling support. Prior customer service experience is required, with opportunities to grow within a caring team.

Develop and mentor staff to improve performance and advancement.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance of workers and reward or discipline accordingly.
Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety goals.
Serve as the primary contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
