Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Housekeeper Lead at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role runs 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, including weekends and holidays.

You will supervise, train and inspect housekeeping staff to ensure unit standards are met and service is optimal. Prior housekeeping and leadership experience preferred. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401K and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents late or absent employees.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets; communicates changes during shifts.
• Manages keys, radios and beepers; maintains secure record of assignments.
• Inspits areas to confirm cleaning standards are met and staff receive training.
• Contributes to teamwork and professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
